Yes, you will need an Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) to enter the region. If you plan to trek to Muktinath, you'll also need a TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card.

Pack comfortable trekking attire, sturdy footwear, warm clothing, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a first aid kit, and any personal medications. A good camera and a sense of adventure are essential as well.
