Trip Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or modify your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both our clients and our team. Please review the following terms and conditions related to cancellations:

  1. Cancellation Timeline:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund of the tour/package cost.
    • Cancellations made between [15] and [10] days before the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of [20]% of the tour/package cost.
    • Cancellations made [5] days or less before the departure date, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Modification and Rescheduling:
    • Clients who wish to modify or reschedule their tour/package must notify us at least [5] days before the scheduled departure date.
    • Modifications or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  3. Group Bookings:
    • For group bookings of [5] or more participants, different cancellation policies may apply. Please contact our team for specific details related to group cancellations.
  4. Force Majeure:
    • In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour/package. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and our team will work to find suitable alternatives or provide refunds where applicable.
  5. Refund Process:
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [7] business days of receiving the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
  6. Cancellation Request Submission:

  7. Unused Services:
    • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour/package once the travel has commenced.

    • We strongly recommend that clients consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may lead to cancellations or interruptions in travel plans.
